From acquiring knowledge through to demonstrating competence within relationships.Culture Lab cultivates a cultural environment where unique perspectives flourish. Through 'dialogic approaches' such as interactive appreciation and philosophical dialogue, we help individuals articulate their sensations, share them with others, and develop distinctive viewpoints. Furthermore, we explore how Shibuya’s unique culture can thrive within the everyday fabric of life, reaching into domains such as education, childcare, welfare, entertainment, and beyond.
The culture we strive to foster is not confined to institutional frameworks, but thrives within people's daily lives. We seek to connect this dialogic approach to fields such as education, childcare, disability welfare, preventive care, and civic activities, endeavoring to implement it within community hubs close to the pulse of everyday life.
As a pioneering initiative, we conducted an interactive appreciation tour/workshop centered on DIG Shibuya 2026, exploring art and technology installations appearing throughout Shibuya. This created an experience accessible to all, regardless of prior knowledge, where perspectives expanded through encountering differing viewpoints. By demonstrating this interactive approach in public spaces, we explore the potential for mechanisms that amplify cultural and human value.
Through discussion sessions based on events shared with artists and cultural facility managers, alongside practical examples and leading cases from DIG Shibuya, we will examine the social impact of interactive approaches alongside stakeholders from the cultural, entertainment, education, and welfare sectors.

In relationships with others, when chance and necessity converge, a person's potential expands or circumstances improve—grounded in this tangible experience, we collaborate with government bodies, businesses, NPOs, and local communities to tackle diverse challenges.
